A few months ago, CECIMO organization (European Association of the Machine Tool Industries and related Manufacturing Technologies) published its semiannual report on the state of additive manufacturing in Europe. It reflects a significant increase in the use of technologies capable of processing metals, more than 70% along 2021, growing above 40% from 2021 to 2022. These values are sensibly higher than those for plastic technologies and show a non-stoppable tendency to use additive manufacturing in final parts and functional applications...
